HALFTIME: Eagles 16, Steelers 7

8:55 p.m. – What Went Wrong: The Eagles got the ball after the Steelers touchdown with 1:42 remaining, but Joe Flacco completed 4-of-8 for 55 yards to get Philadelphia into position for Jake Elliott to convert his fourth field goal of the half, this one from 50 yards, to give the Eagles a 16-7 halftime lead.

8:48 p.m. – What Went Right: Dwayne Haskins engineered a nine-play, 70-yard drive that was capped by a 1-yard run from Anthony McFarland to bring the Steelers to 13-7 with 1:51 left in the first half. Haskins completed 5-of-5 for 42 yards, and Jaylen Samuels carried twice for 19 more. A defensive pass interference penalty in the end zone moved the ball to the 1-yard line, and then on the next play, McFarland got into the end zone thanks in part to a block from rookie tackle Dan Moore that sealed the end and allowed the back to bounce to the outside for the touchdown.

8:25 p.m. – What Went Wrong: The Eagles added to their lead with a 48-yard field goal by Jake Elliott that capped an eight-play, 34-yard drive. Joe Flacco completed 3-of-5 for 22 yards, and he underthrew a pass that would have converted a third-and-4.

8:18 p.m. – What Went Wrong: The Steelers' third offensive series ended because of self-inflicted wounds. On a third-and-2, Chuks Okorafor was flagged for a false start, and then on the ensuing play, T.Y. McGill drove Kendrick Green into the backfield and sacked Mason Rudolph for a 10-yard loss. After the punt, the Eagles started at their 37-yard line.

FIRST QUARTER: Eagles 10, Steelers 0

8:09 p.m. – What Went Wrong: Jordan Berry's second punt was downed at the 7-yard line, but the Eagles made quick work of it to get into the end zone to take a 10-0 lead with 21 seconds left in the first quarter. With Joe Flacco at quarterback, the Eagles moved 14 yards on two completions for a first down at their 21-yard line. On the next play, Flacco threw a quick wide receiver screen to Quez Watkins, who got a block on Terrell Edmunds, a hold on Cam Sutton, and then he out-ran Tre Norwood to complete the 71-yard play for the touchdown.

8:05 p.m. – What Went Wrong: With 3:40 remaining in the first quarter, Najee Harris officially had two carries for 10 yards, but he had another two carries for another 24 yards nullified by holding penalties – one on Pat Freiermuth and the second on Trai Turner.

7:56 p.m. – What Went Right: Jordan Berry's 40-yard punt was downed by James Pierre at the Eagles 2-yard line, and the defense allowed one first down before forcing a Philadelphia punt. On third-and-5, Jalen Hurts ran out of the pocket, but he was stopped by Robert Spillane after a 4-yard gain. Matthew Sexton didn't field the punt, and after it bounced and rolled for 55 yards, the Steelers began their second series at the 22-yard line.

7:41 p.m. – What Went Wrong: The Eagles received the opening kickoff, and after a 22-yard return they set up shop at their 27-yard line. Jalen Hurts immediately went on the attack through the air, and he had success getting the ball to his tight ends. A 7-yard completion to Zach Ertz was followed by a 34-yard catch-and-run to Dallas Goedert, who beat Devin Bush's coverage. From there the drive stalled, with a couple of dropped passes being the primary culprits. Jake Elliott converted the 47-yard field goal to give the Eagles a 3-0 lead with 12:31 left in the first quarter.

COIN TOSS: Eagles receive the opening kickoff.
