1:54 p.m. – What Went Right: The Steelers offense had been quiet since the game's opening possession when it drove for a red zone field goal. But early in the second quarter, Ben Roethlisberger directed a seven-play, 88-yard drive that was capped by a 3-yard touchdown run by James Conner that extended the Steelers' lead to 17-0 with 10:28 left in the first half. Roethlisberger completed five straight pass on the drive, with the big play being a 36-yard hookup with Chase Claypool that put the ball at the Cleveland 3-yard line.

1:22 p.m. – What Went Right: After two series, the Browns were 0-for-2 on third downs, because on third-and-6 from the Cleveland 29-yard line, Bud Dupree sacked Baker Mayfield. Following the punt, the Steelers took over at their 35-yard line with 7:14 left in the first quarter.

1:16 p.m. – What Went Right: Where's Minkah? On the Browns initial third down situation – third-and-3 from the Cleveland 28-yard line – he was in between Baker Mayfield and intended receiver Harrison Bryant. Fitzpatrick intercepted the pass and returned it 33 yards for the touchdown that upped the Steelers lead to 10-0 with 8:58 left in the first quarter.
