He’s furthered that reputation with his efforts to contest the results of the 2020 presidential election. Trump and his campaign have filed a series of lawsuits in several states, including here in Pennsylvania, challenging the constitutionality of the election process. We’re not here to opine on the merits of those challenges as none of us are wearing a black robe (though some of us hope to one day). Rather, we write to address what we consider a dangerous trend developing as a result of these legal challenges regardless of your politics.
